Good care keeps toys safe and makes them last.
Before first use and after every use
- Wash with warm water and a mild unscented soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner.
- Rinse well and let it dry completely before storing.
- Remove batteries and keep electronics away from running water unless the product is waterproof.
By material
- Silicone, glass and metal: wash as above. Non-motorised silicone can also be boiled for a few minutes if the manufacturer allows it.
- TPE and "real feel": wash gently, pat dry and dust with renewal powder if the maker recommends it. Never boil.
- Leather: wipe clean and condition occasionally. Do not soak.
Storage
Store toys clean and dry, out of direct sunlight, and apart from each other. Some materials react when they touch, so keep silicone and TPE separate.
Rechargeables
Use the charger supplied. Charge fully before first use and top up every few months if the toy is not being used.
