Penis pumps
Penis pumps use air or water pressure to create suction around the penis. Choose from Bathmate water pumps, hand and automatic air pumps, and replacement pump parts.
Choosing a penis pump
A penis pump is a cylinder that fits over the penis and creates a vacuum, using either air or water. Water pumps, such as Bathmate's Hydroxtreme and Hydromax ranges, are used in the bath or shower. Air pumps use a hand bulb, a pistol grip or an automatic motor, and the range includes REV, Me You Us and BRUTUS. We also stock Bathmate replacement pump parts.
Choose the right cylinder size for you. Each Bathmate model is designed for a particular size range, so check the product page carefully before ordering. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions closely.
Start with low pressure and short sessions, and stop straight away if you feel pain, numbness or see discolouration. Never fall asleep using a pump. If you have a medical condition affecting blood flow, speak to your doctor first. Clean the cylinder after every use with warm water and a toy cleaner, and let it dry fully.
Pumps sit within our cock rings and chastity range. Browse sex toys for men for more, and read our cock ring guide if you plan to use a ring alongside your pump.
