Who you are buying from

MAW Toys is a label of BA EDITIONS LTD, which runs this shop. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 17472532, registered office 53c Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR, United Kingdom. Not currently VAT registered. Contact us at admin@baeditions.co.uk.

You must be 18 or over

We only sell to adults. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over. We can refuse or cancel any order we believe breaches this.

Your order

Adding something to your bag is not a contract. A contract is formed when we email to confirm we have accepted your order. If we decline an order we refund you in full.

Stock is held in a UK warehouse and levels on the site are refreshed through the day. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund.

Product descriptions

Descriptions, sizes and materials come from each product's manufacturer. Materials are listed on every product page. Colours on screen are not a perfect match for colours in the hand.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you cancellation rights on distance purchases. Safe use

These are products for personal adult use. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, use a lubricant that suits the material, stop if something hurts, and seek medical advice if you need it. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not allow anyone to do that.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
